Responsible of training, development and recruitment at JP Morgan Investment Bank, Buenos Aires branch, for Argentina and Chile; and Training and Development Manager at Orígenes AFJP for Argentina and Uruguay.

External consultant for Blejmar y Asociados, associated for almost two years to the area of Change Management at PROANI, a Pretrobras project for Latin America, as facilitator in process validation meetings and induction program courses.

Experience in change management in fusion processes and Human Resources restructuring plans.

Experience in moderating meetings and as facilitator at group tasks, such as team buildings, focus groups, assessment centers, among others.

She got a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Belgrano University, she is a Technician in Operating Groups (First School of Social Psychology Dr. Enrique Pichon Rivière) and has a degree in Organizational Development from ITBA.
