Extensive experience in Human Resources acquired in the financial industry (JP Morgan, Mariva Bank, ING Barings, ING Insurance), Hospitality (Starwood) and Mass Consumption (Clorox).
Always within the area of Human Resources, she was Vice President of ING Barings for Argentina and Latin America, Director of Starwood for Argentina and Uruguay, Director of Clorox for Argentina and Uruguay and Vice President of Orígenes AFJP and Retirement insurances for Argentina and Uruguay.
In Uruguay, she was leader consultant for the Human Resources area in the project of diagnosis and recommendation plan for the Central Bank of Uruguay and the Commercial, Montevideo, Caja Obrera and Credit Banks.
Experience in start ups, restructuring, change management in M&A processes, launching and implementation of processes related to staff.
She was adviser in programs at the Junior Achievement Foundation in Argentina and is currently consultant at Aportes, an NGO committed to providing professional support to others NGOs.
